Spring 2024 Friday Family Swim Nights - May 17th

On Friday’s, starting April 5th from 7:30-8:30pm, we welcome you and your family to come enjoy a few hours of swimming and playing. This is not designed for adult or lap swim. Any child under the age of 4 must have a parent or guardian in the pool attending them at all times. Two lifeguards will be on duty for the entire evening enforcing all pool rules. Pre-registration is required through School Pay, you must register at least 24 hours before the Friday you wish to attend.

Permission and Release of Liability *

By selecting the checkbox, I hereby voluntarily participate or give my son/daughter (named above) permission to participate in the Owen J. Roberts School District Aquatics Program. Although the District, its employees and volunteers will use the utmost precaution in guarding the health of the above participant and preventing accidents during these activities, I release them, as well as the Owen J Roberts School District and its Board from any liability in case of illness, injury or death as a result of this activity. I, therefore, acknowledge that as a condition of me and/or my child participating in this activity, I hold harmless and waive any and all claims against the Owen J Roberts School District (and its officers, employees and agents), including but not limited to any claims arising out of any negligence of any of the employees of the Owen J Roberts School District, for any injury, accident, illness or death or any loss or damage to personal property occurring or by reason of participation in the activity.

Canceled Classes *

By selecting the checkbox, I understand that if classes are canceled due to pool closings beyond our control (snow, thunder and lightning, COVID etc.), the class will not be made up. If the District is closed due to inclement weather, classes are automatically canceled for that date.

Refund Policy *

By selecting the check box, I understand that if it is necessary for the Community Swim Program to withdraw a class, each student will receive a full refund or may transfer to another class if any opening is available. If a student withdraws from a class before the first night of class, the registration fee will be refunded (less processing fees). NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE FIRST CLASS.
