Culinary 3 & 4 Program Supply and Donation Fee
The Magnet Academy of Culinary Arts and Student Catering funds 75% of the recipes made by students. In order for our students to cook often and recreate recipes in keeping with the professional standards set by the hospitality industry, students and their families contribute the remaining 25% of the cost of supplies. These funds go directly to purchasing ONLY food and the raw materials students work with in the teaching kitchen. Over the course of the school year, the Food and Supplies Donation Fee equals roughly $5 per lab.
