Registration for Eagle's Nest After School Program

After school care will begin August 12 through June 4 (each day school is in session unless canceled due to inclement weather, etc.)

NOTE: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Current students registering must have a zero balance from the previous school year to register. If you need your statement, please email us at [email protected]

Before registering, please read the following guidelines.

1. You must complete the item REQUIRED Registration Form Eagles Nest 2024-2025. This item requires you to enter all contact info, as well as all adults you authorize to pick up your child.  Upon completing this item, you are also acknowledging you have read the Eagles Nest Registration Guidelines.
2. At the time of your initial registration, there is a one-time registration fee (see below).
3. Purchase the EXTENDED Day option you will need: Full time until 6pm, Half time until 5pm, or Occasional units only some days until 6pm (please refer to the Eagles Nest Registration Guidelines for further explanation).
4. The due date for each monthly payment is listed down below. Please note these days as we will not send out reminder notices. This is your responsibility.
5. Pick-up location will be at the Kinder gates located on Harvard Street. We will require to present your dismissal number car tag and a valid form of ID.
6. If you wish to withdraw from the program at any time, you must request, in writing via email to [email protected]. Withdrawing before the last day of any month will not include prorations.
7. Enrichment classes will be announced at the end of August.
8. Dinner will be served for students in the After School Program at no cost.
9. All staff are employed by HISD and are trained to adhere to HISD Guidelines, including safety.
10. You will get notified via email by the Eagles Nest bookeeper, at a later date, that you have secured your seat.
