Harvard Elementary Eagle's Nest 2025-2026   Registration for Eagle's Nest After-School Program After-school care will begin August 12 through June 4 (each day school is in session unless canceled due to inclement weather, etc.) NOTE: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.   Current students registering must have a zero balance from the previous school year to register. You MUST complete the item REQUIRED Registration Information below, which includes all contact info, as well as all adults you authorize to pick up your child. Upon completing this item, you are also acknowledging that you have read the Eagles Nest Registration Guidelines . At the time of your initial registration, there is a one-time registration fee (see below). Purchase the Fall 2025- AUGUST option you will need: Full time until 6pm, Half time until 5pm, or Occasional units only some days until 6pm (please refer to the Eagles Nest Registration Guidelines for further explanation). You must select either the Full Time/ Half Time or Occasional option when checking out to secure your spot. Completing this registration form only does NOT secure your spot in the program. The due date for each monthly payment is listed down below. Please note these days as we will not send out reminder notices. This is your responsibility. Pick-up location will be at the Kinder gates located on Harvard Street. We will require to present your dismissal numbercar tag and a valid form of ID. Reminder: due to school buses and dismissal procedures, Eagle's Nest dismissal begins until 3:15 PM  If you wish to withdraw from the program at any time, you must request via email to  [email protected] . Withdrawing before the last day of any month will not include prorations/refunds. Enrichment classes may be purchased from each vendor directly. All staff are employed by HISD and are trained to adhere to HISD Guidelines, including safety. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:00 AM for morning supervision. This service will be provided for all 180 mornings. Drop off is at the Kinder gates on Harvard Street. No prorations, non-refundable
